Purchased this phone towards the end of March. For up to 30 days it gave the message "no line", did not receive messages and the buttons did not stick well. I made the mistake of contacting AT&T directly. They told me to try another phone to see if my phone line was bad. Of course not, this phone is bullshit. The person I spoke to PROMISES ME A REFUND if the problem turns out to be with this phone. The new phone from Panasonic worked perfectly, of course. I called AT&T back and was told no, they would not refund my money just replace it with another junk phone. This known issue is easy to fix! Firstly, I can't get a refund. Luckily Prime has its perks and I don't abuse the refund system! If you take a risk using this thing and it malfunctions, contact Revain first as AT&T is just as helpful as their computer support abroad. !
