Relatively cheap but still at $6 I was expecting it to be a bit more durable. To be clear, not only did it break and I can still use it as is, but the aluminum body is a bit flimsy. When I first put it on the stand and tightened it loosened the threads in the screw hole. I like to think I use my hardware enough not to over-tighten anything, so I was quite surprised when the screw kept turning and turning like it was cutting through oil. I wish the bore was brass or something, or maybe the stem was stainless steel instead of aluminum. Without tightening it, however, it seems to work fine. I just wish it hadn't "broken" the first time I used it.
