Review on 🔌 Plantronics 18straight Cable - Quick Disconnect To 2.5mm Plug: Seamless Audio Conversion for Enhanced Connectivity by Matt Zraik

This quick release cable was purchased to replace a lost one. We bought the first cable along with a Plantronics headset and both have worked great for several months with my wife who uses the phone in retail for many hours a day. When the original quick release cable was lost we bought the exact same model as a replacement and even paid for 2nd day shipping to get it fully functional again quickly. What a disappointment and waste of money. While the first cable and headset paired perfectly and worked flawlessly, there have been constant sound quality issues since using the second cable. There are no visible issues with the cable, and I ended up trying a contact cleaner spray while plugging and unplugging the cable and headset quick connectors to see if that would help with a solid connection. Poor sound quality problem still persists. Luckily we found the misplaced original version of this cable a few days ago, and luckily it's still working perfectly. So. Two versions of the same cable. two completely different results in terms of functionality and/or quality. While the comfort and sound quality of the Plantronics headset has been a blessing for my wife, I'm not sure we would order this combo again due to quality differences with this cable.
