The description is a bit misleading as it is not a pack of 4 but one large sheet that can be cut into many filters. It looks like you can get 10 filters from this sheet, but you'll have to cut it with scissors to fit it. I took out the old filter, put it on the sheet, cut it off and then put it on the velcro that is on the inner filter. It's easy to do but I was confused at first so I wanted to write this review.
