In the description they are listed as 1/2" and 3/8" in several places. I believe they are actually 1/2", but they are closer to 3/8" in terms of performance. This is mainly due to the fact that the pile is very dense. This density is the drop of this product. That's how long it takes for the color to penetrate the core of the pile. Too high a density also prevents the coating from releasing the desired amount of paint onto the surface being painted. The only reason for a star is that it leaves a dense point. As a professional artist, I will likely discard the remaining covers I have due to poor performance.
