The first filter I received was the wrong product so initially I had a problem with this order. However, after emailing K&N (I didn't do so until a few months after purchase as I hadn't opened the product), I received a reply the next day that I would be getting a new one for free. . This hassle-free product support is the reason I bought this and will continue to buy K&N. The filter works well too. Compared to my moderately used OEM disposable filter, as others have said, this one has significantly more airflow and is also reversible, which comes in handy given it's reusable.
