I like that they are very thorough with their customer support team during an implementation process where your phone system fails you over multiple times throughout each day of setup! They don't just put things together for us - we had several issues along our way which were addressed immediately by them so there was never any confusion about what needed doing next or when it would be done (or not). Our office has been using Cisco phones since 2009 but this solution provided better quality calls than previous solutions allowing more flexibility as well due its ability do have softphones installed at remote locations without internet access etc.. It's also nice having all callers get routed through one number instead of different numbers depending upon location / line extension used from home/mobile devices vs business landline extensions I like how they are very good at what their doing! Very customer friendly as well with great communication skills for sure!! Nothing really that i dislike about them but maybe some of it can be improved if there was more training given out by other companies or something? But overall everything has been going smoothly so far :) They have done many things from help set up my new server all way through getting me an account setup when needed which made our process much easier than we thought possible!
