Surprisingly soft and warm

Both sides of this are just really soft. It's the nicest blanket to touch that I've ever owned. Even better than the weighted version of the same blanket that I had before.I was worried that it was much thinner than I expected. I usually sleep under a stack of thick quilts, and this is maybe an inch thick at most. But it turned out to be surprisingly warm. I get really cold at night and can't sleep if I'm even slightly chilled, but this keeps me nice and toasty.Moreover, unlike the weighted version, this queen sized blanket actually covers a queen sized bed with enough extra to drape over the sides.I really couldn't ask for better.
