We have 6 DR-G1100 and they are having issues with the red

We have found a major flaw in the G1100 which Canon has been unable to fix for the last several years. The new series (2100) is better, the old series (9050) is also better. The 1100s were Canon's way of cutting corners and making things worse. Red Enhance is needed when someone is writing in red ink. If you haven't turned on Red Boost, the red ink will disappear! But to make it better, the blue content is very dark. The whole red page? Outside of memory error. These machines cannot process small red paper the size of an index card with Red Enhance.
