These shoes look good so I always get compliments, I'm pretty rough on them, use them for lawn mowing, jogging and kayaking. I throw them in the wash and they're like new. My only gripe is that they come apart a little at the toe box, they're probably not meant for machine washing but oh well. The mesh design makes them perfect for kayaking when you need to get in the water and then back to shore where there are jagged or pointy rocks. Just wash them immediately after you get in the river or they will stink like anything else that comes out.
