I had high hopes for this! Basically I commute 2+ hours a day and it has been awesome. within the first week or so. Then it began to fall apart, it seems. I thought I could live with a ragged look, but then more and more kept appearing. I didn't overload. I had a regular sized plastic water bottle that I used from time to time and the rest were things I didn't take out very often (tissues, mints, lip gloss, regular glasses etc.). The handle to move front to back started to fall apart, same goes for the water bottle cage bushing, seat attachment stitching etc. Very poorly made. It would be great if it could withstand any use. Ooooh disappointed.
