The screw holes do not match the bracket holes
the chair is good and quite comfortable but the threaded holes under the seat did not match the holes on the bracket. Not very difficult, 4 holes in the bracket are aligned on top of each other, the receiver threaded holes are offset and cannot be combined. I had to drill new holes in the bracket. It wasn't the end of the world and I did it because returning it would be even more of a hassle.
