Update: After a month the support still doesn't help even after posting on his facebook wall. Your homepage is down. However, they still sell these pieces of junk. I just received a pack of tiles two weeks ago and while the duo have some features they don't have yet, they are MUCH happier. I really want my money back for this. My first negative review but I have to. It was beyond useless. It seemed to work fine until I really needed it. I believe if you restart your phone you will need to restore the tracker. When I had it, I often found that it wasn't paired. And then came the day I lost it. The duet was in my wallet. The app said it was last seen 2 days ago even though I had it with my phone all day before and this morning. I tried to get help from the support team but couldn't get an answer until I posted a request for help on their Facebook wall. And then all I got was "it's in that last place". Observed for two days. Eventually, I found that every time I restarted the app, it no longer showed as lost, so I re-reported it (despite at least 30 times that the lost message NEVER showed up in the crowd function, and despite several support requests to explain why I didn't get a single answer). As soon as I report he's lost, he reports back within 10 minutes that he's been seen even though I was 50 miles away. I did some research and thought Duet was the best option, but I'll try something else, hopefully with real support if needed.
