I suffer from severe hand and finger cramps. Squeezing a tennis ball and a baseball are good relief but, what I like most about these is the egg shape. It makes them have a more natural while small enough to take with you. I wish they could be purchased individually by strengths instead of all three. I would buy three more of the firmest and keep one in the car , one in the house and one to throw in my pocket or bag to travel with me. The lightest of all of them seems to be a little too soft and Squishy for my grip. I prefer the firmest of them. And for the price it was a very good value. In fact it was a great value with the relief I've had so far. I would also highly recommend if you tend to be difficult to draw blood from and you have to have blood work done to take one of the firmer ones with you to squeeze while they draw the blood. I found that I'm very difficult to find a good vein and when they do they say it tends to jump and I think it has to do with me tightening my grip. So now I squeeze it and hold it firm until they get it in so far they've been able to get it on the first first time. There are many of these type of exercise balls out there but, like I said what I absolutely love the most is the egg shape. It makes all the difference and I would highly recommend
