Beautiful skylight. Comes with a tube of SB-140 sealant, you will need butyl tape. I bought 30 feet. Ride here on Revain. Keep your old screws or buy new ones if needed, this is not included. Installation is easy, the hardest part was removing the old one. Just take your time if you have a rubber roof.
