I have very bad (almost nonexistent) legs and feet (closure of the ilium). As a result, I am very prone to friction ulcers on my ankle bones (due to winter boots rubbing against bones) which requires an Advanced Wound Care treatment for the ulcers to heal. Once my wounds healed, I figured there must be a better way to keep them from coming back. ZenToes are the answer! Stretchy enough to keep it tucked into my socks but not too much to affect my very poor circulation. It's January 2019 and I've been wearing winter boots (working outside in cold weather in Pennsylvania every weekend) for about two months and haven't noticed any signs of abrasion or discomfort! Appreciate how much more affordable they are than paying the $40 weekly co-payment at a modern wound care center! At the same time, the breakeven point is around 4 pairs a week! This is a good deal and they really work and seem to be holding up. If only I could warm my feet now!
