My husband likes his compression shirts to fit tight, but this was too tight so returned it for X-Large. Quality is good especially for the price and the neck fits snug, but not too snug. He's a 151/2". We purchased 3 different colors.

- The shirt may cause the wearer to feel too restricted in movement
