great for ADHD or anyone who is neurodivergent
I bought this because during ADHD breakdowns I find myself clenching my jaw and damaging my teeth and jaw. The purchase helped me calm down faster, around 10 minutes compared to my usual 2 hours. All the different textures on the pendant really help with the stimulation and I really recommend this for kids who are neurodivergent or adults and teens!
