great for ADHD or anyone who is neurodivergent

I bought this because during ADHD breakdowns I find myself clenching my jaw and damaging my teeth and jaw. The purchase helped me calm down faster, around 10 minutes compared to my usual 2 hours. All the different textures on the pendant really help with the stimulation and I really recommend this for kids who are neurodivergent or adults and teens!

Ideal for adults with anxiety

This chewable tablet is great for my anxiety. I used to chew the sleeves of my sweatshirt, but now I don't have to. It's perfect for adults because I can tuck it into a shirt and it's so discreet! Then when I'm scared I take it out and chew it, it's very calming and has a surprisingly cute design to take home! Overall I would rate more if I could! Very durable and I love it.

Adult/ADHD Chewing Gum - cute, strong, easy to clean

Bought this for myself (F, 27 years old, with ADHD) mainly to avoid snacking when I'm not hungry and I have mouth boredom, but also just a general boredom stimulant to ease my ADHD symptoms. I bought different types of chew chains to see which one I liked best and this one ended up in the middle. I don't need to redeem it, but if it broke for some reason I'd probably buy another one. Some points: - It is very beautiful. Such cute boys. But it's taller than I thought it would be, about the width
