Great fans as long as they don't fail. Purchased and installed in a DeepCool Matrexx 50 case. Installation was fairly easy, the power and LED cables are long enough to be neatly routed. Everything was looking great with bright LEDs syncing perfectly with my motherboard until the second day of operation one of the fans started making noise like a bearing had failed. I tried several times to contact DeepCool to solve the problem but to no avail. I sent photos and videos of the fan making noise and after initial contact they basically ignored me. I finally got an email from another customer service rep (Nguyen) who was AMAZING and helped make the exchange process super easy. After discussing the problem, a replacement was sent the next day and after 2 days I received a perfectly working fan. Sometimes parts fail, so it didn't bother me that much. Customer service is absolutely crucial and luckily for DeepCool they have a winner in Nguyen.
