The backup software has many problems, basically it creates a new archive every time it creates a backup. It should only update new files and files that have changed. Fail. Hardware works well, 3 stars for that. Edit: The hard drive started crashing the computer, after I removed it the problem was resolved. I filled out the RMA information and even though it's been 2 months they want me to pay for shipping. My advice, go to Western Digital. I'm having trouble transferring at USB3.0 speed, but I'm not sure what the cause is yet.
