The ease of use makes this tool fantastic! I was able to figure it out quickly with help from their excellent support staff. We used the product primarily as an email address book but also created quotes (for home improvement projects) in order to get leads generated that would then be sent over through our CRM system for follow up. They can't do everything you want them too - sometimes they need clarification which isn't always easy when your not directly speaking face-to-face or using video chat/screen sharing etc. Their customer service team are great however we did have some issues getting emails sorted after changing my password once. It's all about how much time & resources one has available to invest into learning such products. If you're looking at something quick & dirty there maybe competitors who offer more functionality straight away.
