I am very upset, the product is no good.

They brought the wrong chair, ordered exactly this with eco-wool, but it came pure white from flock. They spent a long time with a return, as a result, a week later they sent a courier and took it back. What will happen next - we'll see. I will never order from amazon again. You won't run into problems.
