This is a great little play center for 7 months to a year! Ideal for a sitting or kneeling child. This is clearly too small to stand fully upright, so its useful life is limited. As our daughter became more mobile, she could no longer sit up straight with this toy. So overall this is a great buy, but personally I don't think you will get your money back if you wait up to 1 year to buy. I also have to say that the paint held up pretty well on this toy, which can definitely be an issue with some M&D toys. Definitely recommend!
