It's not 3ft long. It's not even 3ft + 1.25", which is a weird way to advertise 37.25". It's just over 39 inches tall and a deal breaker for my purposes. Also, it feels more like vinyl or leather than leather. And the handle is not stuffed. The material is a different color than the outside of the handle, yes. But it's lined, no. returned.
