I am 75 pounds. Pitbull, Great Dane, and medium sized mix is perfect. I got this brand and the Halti brand because the one he's currently using doesn't have padding and he still twitches and goes mad when he sees a small dog cat cat squirrel etc yapping and the bridge of his nose that muzzle being damaged by its constant thrust. He's been wearing this style for 6 months now so I didn't have to teach him how to do it. In fact, he liked wearing it as I'm sure it's much more comfortable than the flimsy, unlined one. I think he could pull it off if he really tried, but since he pulls evenly with it it gets even tighter. I'm glad that most people's problems with the application are gone. Mine still pulls and I'm just happy to have something on it that it can't slip out of like a normal collar. I'm also very happy that it's more convenient. I order red!
