I got this inflator for everything but the gauge. I knew the gauge didn't have a pound mark and it wouldn't be accurate enough for me. I already had a new watch face that I used in place of the original. The inflator is well made and works well. Make sure the pressure gauge label is correct for you. The gauge on the inflator seemed to give a stable reading. Remember that the cartridge has a groove on the inside to hold it on the valve stem, which is common with higher pressure tires. But in the description of the gas generator, the groove is not mentioned.
