Cute dress but came with uneven buttons

I love the design of the dress but the buttons weren't sewn in evenly, so I had to fix that. The zipper also doesn't feel particularly strong, so I am very careful when changing in and out of it. If you feel comfortable doing a little work on it, it's still a very cute outfit. If you aren't able to sew the buttons back on evenly, it also looks cute with the buttons removed altogether and it is simple to do. As is, I would not recommend this dress, but with a little work I think it's worth it.

Pros

I wanted to loss a little weight. This is a great incentive.

Cons

The length of the dress may not be suitable for shorter individuals who may find it too long or overwhelming.

This dress is super cute and looks great on me. I''m using it for a dance costume. I have a voile (netted) slip I''m wearing underneath. Even though it''s cotton, it does have some movement to the material. This probably would not be a dress for everyday use as parts of the hem is just serge stitched. It looks just like the picture. I''m 5''7" about 160 pounds and I purchased an XL.
