I like this eyeliner most in makeup
This is an eyeliner that the tip can be pointed or blunt as you like. It's easy to sharpen, glides on smoothly and stays on until you take it off. I have fair skin, blue/green eyes, I find black too dark for me and brown is a minor thing. The navy blue is dark enough to make my eyes pop, but most people don't realize it's navy blue eyeliner until I tell them. This is the 3rd one I've bought.
