I like how easy it was for my employees to use, as well as their ability to customize certain aspects such as time entry fields (iPad app). The reporting options are also very helpful! There were no issues with using this program during our implementation phase; however we did have some questions about what would happen if something went wrong or there wasn't enough room available when adding new users due to growth within an organization/project scope. We realized eventually those concerns weren’t going away because they could actually impact projects negatively by delaying completion dates which can lead into potential monetary loss. This allowed us flexibility throughout any challenges without having too many negative impacts overall since most problems got resolved quickly through training from TeamViewer support staff via phone call / video chat services.
