Superior customer service, great product!
These are the worst batteries I have ever bought. I bought these to use on my power lock and fully charged they lasted half a day. Returned!I am updating my Review and give the product a five star rating. First of all the customer service is superior. After finding out that my batteries were unsatisfactory, customer service contacted me on several occasions until they got a hold of me. Although I returned the batteries, they sent me a new set of batteries to try and so far they are perfect. I will definitely buy from them knowing how attentive they are to providing great customer service.
- Great for high-drain devices like cameras and game controllers
- They may not be good for use in security devices
