Essentially the same as the cheaper ones. The finish is nice but slightly chipped. Operation of the measuring heads is fairly smooth and reliable; However, the cheaper ones can be deleted and the same can be done. Some may say that these "beautiful" snap gauges are worth the investment, but for the hobbyist, you're probably better off saving your money for a cheaper set.
