It can be used as a cooler fan and cool the processor, it can be used as a case. Pretty quiet, even at 1000 rpm. The sound is acceptable, but in my case I have a huge radiator and a cold i3 10105f and this fan either does not turn on at all (up to a processor temperature of 47 degrees) or at low speeds. If you put a stress test, it spins up to + -1500 rpm, the noise is decent, but tolerable. At some speeds, say 800 rpm, 1100 rpm, it seems that there is an extraneous sound. I have it in white without backlight, but the case is backlit and it perfectly reflects the light, literally shines with the color that the case is illuminated. Very beautiful :) The air flow is good. Worth the money, I recommend.
