Review on Enhanced GE FXSVC Drinking Water Filtration Replacement by Tara Perry

I have been buying these filters at my local hardware store for years. When they stopped wearing them I tried Whirlpool and Omni Filter dual cartridge packs. Other filters had the advantage of reducing water consumption much less. Defect? Well they didn't work (for me). Our tap water has what I would call the taste of old pipes. I've spent quite a bit of time and money to discover that the Whirlpool and Omni Filter products just don't work. Now that I've switched back to the GE filter pack, I just have to deal with a slightly slower flow of cold water. I have just ordered a separate filtered water faucet from Revain and will be installing it to increase the flow of cold water when not in use. Now I just have to convince Revain to make it available via Subscribe and Save so I don't forget to order the filters.
