Great cheap solution

The first part is the bad product rant that made me buy this good product. If you just want to read about this product, just skip the next paragraph. The built-in high-quality sound card of my outrageously expensive MSI mainboard broke after about two months of use. The motherboard was under warranty, but after tugging at me for three full weeks like they'd get their best fix as soon as it became available, they finally admitted the motherboard was defective and MSI, in their endless anti- Consumer wisdom to send a replacement and instead decide that I should disassemble my computer and be without it no matter how long the replacement process took and for that privilege I owe my own non-refundable money to give them back their defective product, and AFTER how you got it If you decide I'm not a liar looking for attention send me a used motherboard that was sent to you because it was defective and "refurbished". Needless to say, I will no longer be doing business with MSI, but I promised them bad publicity for the amount they would pay - which I've just done with this paragraph. Don't buy from MSI; The only thing worse than their products is their service. So I bought this USB sound card to easily stream sound to my PC speakers and it didn't disappoint. It's tiny and completely plug and play. I plugged it in, swapped the speaker plug from my broken MSI motherboard to the USB adapter and it just worked. I didn't even have to tell Windows to use it - it automatically switched to the USB adapter and my speakers work fine. I currently use a couple of small PC speakers so I can't fully comment on the sound quality, but on my motherboard it sounds louder and clearer than ever and there's no distortion, sibilance or audio clipping that I could appreciate. discover. It's impossible to beat that price and it just works - hard to say otherwise. As always, I will update this review if there are any bugs in the future.
