The premise was awesome but that was the end of the fun. After unboxing the ball, I noticed a small tear near the inflation port. It was small enough that I figured I could at least pump it up as it ended in a circle of what I hoped was reinforcement rather than outside the ball. Tried the included hand pump, but after hand becoming numb from multiple pumps I gave up and switched to mechanical means. The circle I considered reinforcement turned out not to be. The material of the ball is loose up to the fill port. We tried using a piece of clear tape to cover it, but the material used in the sphere has residue that will prevent the tape from sticking. While trying to fix the problem with this ball, my wife and two kids tried two others we bought from this company and one from another company. 2 models from this company have also developed cracks on the underside from normal use on wet grass and will not stay inflated much longer. In general I would expect a small problem from 1 unit, but from 3 units it shows that there is a serious problem. with this. Haven't contacted Revain yet as the kids are still having fun between inflates and until the ball is completely dead I can't stop them having fun. I just wish such simple things (which are mentioned in many reviews) would or could be solved before such products are actually launched. If there's a problem, fix it.
