We bought two balls in sizes 7-9 and 2 in teen/adult sizes. The pink ball is smaller than the green one and they are the same size. That's why I missed a star. Not sure if it was mislabeled? Worked for five minutes then deflated after a few jumps from my 1.5 year old. There appeared to be small holes and perforations. I contacted customer service who wanted a photo - well, here's a photo. I couldn't fix it with duct tape no matter what. So disappointed. Returns are not offered. I'm a big buyer on Amazon and this will be my second most disappointing product.

I bought one of these for my daughter's 7th birthday. Over the next few days we discovered a slow leak. My daughter loved it and didn't want to return it so I contacted the company. They sent me a replacement very quickly. We had no problems with the new ball and the kids are happy. It is super strong and can withstand a lot of weight. The size was perfect for her. We were very satisfied with the company and the product.

This turned out to be the "MOST" Christmas present for my four year old granddaughter. This kid is a "Tasmanian Devil" and an "Energizer Bunny" combined. This hop hop works. He's holding up pretty well. I limit usage to grass or snow. (no paved or concrete driveways) It really helps her burn energy and improve her balance skills. I would recommend a hard hat for a while until your kid gets the idea across. Accident!
