I have OUT! Oxy-Fast for about 3 years after trying several other MUCH more expensive products and I was addicted to it. I have a cockatoo that sometimes has accidents at night and this also removes ALL odors and stains. On a still damp spot I soak up as much as possible with a towel and spray well and the smell never lingers. On the already dry ones I spray the stain and it immediately starts foaming and I keep spraying in a circle around the stain until what I sprayed is no longer foaming. Then I know I have everything. This is the only product I know of that gets rid of the OLD smell. EDIT: I went back to make another purchase and found the price had quadrupled! I don't know what justifies the current price of $15.99, but you can pick this up all day at Walmart for just over $4. I usually rely on Revain so I don't have to go to Walmart, but in this case I'm going to Walmart.
