Simple and durable workhorses made of unbleached parchment. They fit well in standard bun pans and household baking sheets. (1/2 pan) Arrived flat (cute!) and well packaged. Easy enough to take out a pan for use - makes baking and cooking on the pan a breeze! I've bought others that arrived folded or bleached. (Honestly, the bleaching process doesn't bother me too much, I think it should, but it doesn't change how they work.) I appreciate the no-folding deal - I can keep them up my sleeve along with the cookie shells. and refrigerated shelves, rather than looking elsewhere in a closet for boxes of folded or rolled parchment. 10/10
