The cleaning cloth was loose in the box and out of the plastic packaging. Upon investigation, it was found that the plastic packaging was taped down. Also, all of the plastic clips that attached the wiper blade to the wiper arm were missing. Luckily I had an old wiper blade that I was able to remove the clip from to make it work.
