O'Keefe's is a brand that I trust. I know if I purchase an item from them it is going to work well.What I received: two lip repair petrolatum balms. It contains 30% petrolatum. There is an expiration date of 4/2023. Almost 2 years from now.How I tried it: it is in the middle of summer. I don't normally have chapped lips. This softened my lips very nicely. Not greasy, not chalky. Exactly what I expect from a lip balm. Goes on easy.There is no SPF in this. This is simply lip repair/lip protectant. This is fragrance free. No flavor.It is definitely something I would hang on to for the winter months when chapped lips are more of an issue for me.

- It might not work well as a primer for lipstick application
