Generally good. Additional heat protection is required for the cable run inside the oven.
Installation is easy, right 2 holes for hex bolts are on the burner block. I would recommend getting some extra heat protection to wrap around some of the cords that stay in the oven as those cords don't seem to be adequately protected.
