I was a little annoyed when I received this ponytail because it wasn’t even in the net and was seriously tangled. I considered returning it but I wasn’t sure if I would have enough time to get another so I untangled it and straightened it and it was perfectly fine after that. It does look beautiful and I got a lot of compliments on it. By the end of the night it was extremely tangled and I was loosing strands so I won’t be able to get another use out of it. This was $10 so I can’t really expect much more. If you’re looking for something for an event and won’t really use again this is for you. Still giving it 4 stars because it’s affordable and it looks nice.
