You have to have a really tight ponytail on then wrap the product around it and cover the band with the side piece of hair provided. I was a little annoyed when I received this ponytail because it wasn’t even in the net and was seriously tangled. I considered returning it but I wasn’t sure if I would have enough time to get another so I untangled it and straightened it and it was perfectly fine after that. I have thin hair, so I got this for an event. It is so heavy I don't think it will stay in all night without either ripping a bunch of my hair out at the roots or eventually sliding off with the hair band. Loooooove this pony tail I bought the 24 inch but wish I would of gotten the 30 in it looked pretty good a little shiny but dry shampoo helped and I flat ironed it on low heat which made it super straight! I got a lot of compliments on it and it matched my baylage hair pretty good! Definitely worth the price . It was pretty easy to put on and it was nice and thick!

So, I have always been an Ash Blonde/Brunette, and have gone to the salon for highlights. This is a bit more golden in both the ‘Ash’ and the ‘highlights’. It’s not bad, the piece is actually really nice, but when naming a color ‘ash’ it generally means a grayish tinge, not a warmer tone.

For $10 you really can't go wrong. It's pretty soft- not too plasticy, easy to put on, and looks pretty realistic too. Luckily the chocolate brown was almost a perfect color match. I've worn it a few times and it does get a little bit tangly each time, but with some careful brushing, it smooths out nicely again.
