WAITING! Find video/tutorial online and learn what they use, there is no documentation for it

Terrible documentation. Most videos on the internet are about other hats, gateways or products. The documentation is missing any factual information, such as "First use [port] to connect, then run the command to connect to the gateway." Where is the setup information? What is this port and where can I find out about the ports of this command? Other reviews about horrible paperwork, missing instructions and other issues are 100% the same rubbish I dealt with. Now I have a second one because I needed to have a second node in my area and have it act as a gateway as well? Good luck figuring out how to set this up. Waveshare is useless, most forums are full of "this is not an answer" kind of answers and after a few weeks of searching, last week was extremely disappointing. I'll be returning them as it's almost impossible to get it to work or requires information hidden somewhere I haven't checked. Your best bet is to find an installation video or guide online and then buy the product they use because that's who they are. completely useless without documentation.
