looks like wire for toothbrushes and accessories
I've used hard bristle toothbrushes my whole life but this takes it to another level. When first used, it gives the impression of using a wire brush. It's VERY sharp and chewy. I hope it will be a little softer, then that would be great. Otherwise I will use it as a cleaning brush in my shop. As others have said, the grip is exceptionally thin and feels flimsy. Mine isn't broken yet, but it won't be long.
