Let's be honest. How much can you expect from such a cheap tablet? Answer: more than 3.5 months. It just doesn't load anymore. Tried multiple chargers on multiple outlets. I don't know if it's the battery in the device or the charging port. And it really doesn't matter. The battery is not meant to be removed/replaced and on such a cheap device it's not worth replacing. I'm not sure about the warranty but I don't care. I bet Samsung went for such a cheap device. I felt like I was in trouble picking it up and noticing how light it was for its size. It seemed cheap from the start. But I was hoping for more than 3 1/2 months. Samsung used to make decent products. But nowadays. I recently had another Samsung product redeemed under the Lemon Act from the store I bought it from. The brand has become unreliable overall and just not worth the hassle these days. I recommend checking out other brands until Samsung fixes the quality issues across its various product lines.
