Cover fits my Sleepnitez wedge almost perfectly (27.2 x 25.2 x 8 inches). It should be about 1 inch longer. At least it doesn't affect my sleep. I want them to offer real black to match my sheets. When I first switched to a wedge pillow, it was very uncomfortable! I couldn't sleep well as I used to sleep on my side and it was very uncomfortable. I later switched to a baby pillow (flat and small) for my head, added a pillow under my thigh (to prevent it from sliding down) and started sleeping on my back. Then I finally got used to the wedge-shaped pillow. Overall, this pillowcase is of decent quality and a good replacement or replacement cover.
