Great customer service and knowledge

I liked that they took time out of their day, even if it was only for an hour or so to help me with my issue! They were very friendly while doing this too - not at all pushy like some IT companies are when trying get your business onto there system (which is really annoying!).

Sometimes you need someone who knows what's going in but also can see where things could be improved upon from afar as well which these guys did extremely quickly once we got them up-to speed!! It would have been great had one more person joined us during our session because having two people helped tremendously thoughout getting everything setup correctly. We're still working through exactly how best use it now though after being fully set up by both parties. The main benefit has come down to better communication between staff members/customers via email rather than phone calls etc since everyone uses WhatsApp nowadays.

Pros
  • That customer service team genuinely seems interested about helping others improve productivity within businesses using Microsoft Dynamics 365 services instead just taking money off clients without providing any workable support solutions/services whatsoever!!! Honestly..I'm sick and tired of seeing such unprofessionalism everywhere else around today especially amongst many small SMEs / start ups across every industry sector including here locally near Tyneside UK region..and
