Review on Nikon D5100 Digital SLR Camera with 18-55mm VR Lens - High Resolution 16.2MP by Hiral Gupta ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

A little bit not what I expected, generally fine.

If it were not for my friend, who has a SONY a580, then I probably would not have recognized those shortcomings that are described above. But the price of these devices is in the same category . P. S. And yes, if you already take this device, then in no case take it to the 18-55 lens. It's darkness. The focus misses, the blur, the aperture ratio is terrible . Different pros: There are quite a lot of functional modes that will allow beginners to take pictures and "peek" the necessary settings. A plus is the graphic settings for beginners. The aperture picture really helped at first. If you take pictures without a flash, the battery lasts for 4 days. Although this is rather not such a virtue . Has cons: The RAW photo format is not readable by PHOTOSHOP LIGHTROOM. It is difficult to edit from this format. When compared with the SONY a580, the rate of fire is noticeably lower, and even on the same SONY in the "live view" mode, when you change the shutter speed and aperture settings, you can immediately see on the screen what the picture will be, which is not in the Nikon 5100
